What a pleasant surprise! We checked into River Landing for one night on our way back to Florida. We ended up staying for 3 nights. The RV park is a work in progress as it’s undergoing a sizable expansion. The owner went out of her way to meet us and get input from us about her park. It’s clearly a labor of love for her. She’s renovating this park the right way, not the cheap way. Starting with a beautiful landscaped and well- lit entrance to the darling throwback RV as an “office”, this RV park will have it all once it’s finished. The owner has spared no expense with what she’s done. It is classy and clean. And believe it or not, there a new washer and dryer to use for free! Good wifi. The park is directly across from the Apalachicola River and a boat ramp. Be prepared, however, that there is nothing in Bristol except a Piggly Wiggly, so take what you need with you. It’s close to Torreya State Park where we hiked on 2 consecutive days. Hiking in Florida in elevation! It’s not like hiking in Colorado or Montana, but surprising for Florida. Please give River Landing a try if you’re in that part of the Florida Panhandle

I’m so glad we found River Landing RV Park. We enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back soon. The place is well maintained and all the staff we met were friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to see what is in store for the future! Until next time…..💜

Great spot for an overnight on our way through. Very new and clean with friendly staff. Easy to make a reservation by phone. Sites are quite close together with no greenery. No bathrooms yet, but you can use the bathroom at the park across the road. We enjoyed the free laundry in the new machines. This will be really nice after bathrooms and expansion is complete.

Beautiful little park staff is wonderful and very helpful. Owner is a sweetheart who really cares for her park and the people who come here. Would definitely find any excuse to come back here again! Thank you for the hospitality!

Nice new RV Park. Work in progress to add pull thru spaces, dog park and store. Set in a quiet area near river. Boat ramp close. Owner is super friendly and helpful.

We have stayed in a lot of RV parks. This park is the most friendly park I have been to. The owner is an amazing woman and goes out of her way to please. She’s is the sweetest person we have met running a park. Her staff is beyond awesome. It’s a fairly new park. . They are adding pull through sites, and a store. The laundry room is free to use. The owner fed the entire park on her. She brought in a blow up slide for the kids! There’s a food truck and tables to eat outside. We will definitely be back her. Anyone in the area do yourself a favor and come by here for a stay. It’s quiet and peaceful. New owners doing great!
